Okay, I needed to give a quick shout out to my friend Jen
who makes food and whips up recipes that I honestly and truly have thought about marrying...is that wrong? I wish I were kidding. Anyway, I have made her Chicken Poppy Bake (oh mamacita), her Pumpkin Drizzle Cookies 
(that's what I'm talking about), the Pumpkin Waffles (apparently I really like pumpkin), the Ratatouille Soup, just to name a few and all so very, very good. So head over to Jen's delicious food blog if you want some good eats tonight because this girl knows what is up in the kitchen.

My my girl... I am such a slacker!!! I can not believe I have seen this. I think when I accidentally deleted my blogroll this summer I never got caught up and some posts went unnoticed.. I am SO sad this one got unnoticed, I love it when people say nice things about me (smile). You are so sweet. Thanks BIG TIME for the nod! You were very generous! Love ya!
