After dinner tonight, my kids beg me for a treat. And, what would they like for a treat?Salad. They beg me for salad and they both finish their entire salads.
That's just freaky.
But, better than ice cream or cake (which is what I would have chosen).
Speaking of salad, I added cucumbers to our normally boring salad and can I just say I love cucumbers. They are so yum. Growing up, my dad would always cut up cucumbers and pour vinegar and salt over the top and I love it to this day. I still eat cucumbers that way, and now Brinley is hooked. Braden's not quite convinced yet.

That is funny...salad for dessert. I like those little baby cucumbers at Costco, yum.
I wish I wanted salad for dessert. I always something huge like a brownie sunday. I love cucumbers too. They are the best.
geez, i've got to figure out how to get myself into salad. then maybe i can work on my kids. we need cookies all day long. salad? not so much.
some salads are tasty. you're lucky. your kids must be healthy eaters - at the very least sometimes. but for me, i agree with jori... i want mass amounts of chocolate.
