Classics

I have to admit, when it comes to a good book, I'm a sucker for the classics. I love them. I read them again. And then again. And I have a hard time getting sick of them.

This is where I'll be for the rest of the night…

The good news is, everything turns out ok in the end.

oh, i love persuasion. probably even more than sense and sensibility. but pride and prejudice is my all time favorite janer. but i know how you feel, i read to kill a mockingbird at least once a year, usually in the fall. but anytime i'm feeling confused about life, i'll read it. strange, i should probably read the scriptures, but no, i can relate more to jem, scout & atticus!

Love it! I think it's time they made a new movie about that one too.

This post reminds me about the new Jane Austen movie coming out. I may be weird but I love period films.

that's in my pile. i stand by sense & sensibility, though. i love to reread classics, too. book club is doing to kill a mockingbird later this year, yee haw! can't wait for that. i've been unable to resist reading les mis, all party of my obsession (one tracking) of the moment. good stuff.
